Airplane Hanger/Designated Runway, 3 Bed 2 Bath, Shop, 160 Acres

Yes... You read the heading right! This property has its own 50'x40' enclosed airplane hangar, concrete floor, folding door, power, insulated. Not to mention it has its own designated airplane runway. Fly in and fly out! There is also a 45'x40' shop and office attached to the hangar as well. This is a rare property, located just 17 miles east of Burns Oregon. Fully fenced and cross fenced 160 acres with a 3 bed 2 bath home, shops, hay storage, corrals, well, and septic. The home is a 1998 manufactured home, 1,404 Sq ft. Vaulted ceilings, open living room, open kitchen, upgraded metal roof, wrap around porch, dual pane windows, heat pump with air conditioning. The home was put in right with full block foundation. The interior of the home needs some love, new flooring, and paint. The home, hangar, taxiway and runway are all fenced separately so you can still have livestock or horses without compromising the runway. The owner is in the process of moving out so it is in cleanup mode at the moment. I don't have any overhead drone pictures due to the fact that it won't let me fly over a designated runway. This is a great, very private property. Lots of potential with the shops, hangar, property. The property also has a seasonal pond on it when there is a large spring runoff of water. All types of wildlife frequent the property. Very private and amazing views. Shown by appointment only. Don't let this one get away!
